Led creative vision/footwear design direction for men’s Training, Football, Baseball and Lacrosse categories (2.5B category annual rev.)

Drove advanced and seasonal innovation strategies across key category product initiatives in support of larger global brand strategy.

Partnered with category product management, development, and global brand teams to develop seasonal brand stories and product collections in alignment with extended Nike Brand global initiatives.

Led the footwear creative as part of the global launch of Nike’s partnership with the NFL and men’s training category reset.

Partnered with Nike sportswear lifestyle categories to evolve and expand training and cleated category marketplace synergy.

External creative footwear voice across multiple high profile brand partnerships (NFL, MLB, NCAA, UFC, Hasbro).

Expanded and led the creative product process for key category/brand athlete collaborations and collections Ken Griffey, Bo Jackson, Darrelle Revis, Calvin Johnson, Mike Trout, Manny Pacquiao.

Led the creation of a brand defining footwear/apparel design ethos for Nike Football’s “Rivalry” NCAA uniform initiative University of Oregon, Oklahoma, OhioState, Michigan State, Georgia, Florida, TCU, Military academies.

Extensive external brand PR communication in as part of global brand consumer experiences and critical retail marketplace events as well as DTC.

Functional design leadership for training and developing the Training/ Cleated category footwear design teams.
